Sadly Hill died in 1975 after an air crash and 5 year old son Damon was inspired to follow his dad’s success. Damon would go on to become one the greatest drivers of his generation and also won two F1 titles, the only son of a champion to ever do so and a man who could have won even more had he not been racing at the same time as one of the greatest to have ever sat behind the wheel, Michael Schumacher.

The Mannings

No family has had an impact on a particular sport in quite the ay that the Mannings have had on pro-football. Archie Manning was a fantastic college player who despite being picked up by the NFL after college, never quite achieved the same success that he had found in his youth. Visualize a box in front of you on the ground and the corners points are about 2 feet apart. Number the corner points from one to four in your mind. Stand on number 1 and jump on 2 with both of your feet together. Next step is to jump on the side, that’s number 3. Do not turn your body, you need to jump sideways. Then jump backwards on 4 and then sideways to 1.

Now do the other way, which is anti-clockwise. Keep repeating in the order like 1,2,3,4 and then 4,3,2,1. ‘Keep your feet together. You can add some variation to this exercise by doing with one foot. Then switch and do the same with other foot. This exercise is also called as 4-star exercise.
